Business Analysts :

Do you have a passion to derive Enterprise Software solutions and become a product or domain expert through solution consulting? Kompete provides an exciting opportunity to become one, in order to deliver innovative solutions across leading companies in the globe.

Job profile:

• 4-6 years of experience with relevant experience as business analyst of 2+ years in ERP/CRM or equivalent software packages
• Performs Functional and Business Analysis for the various solutions of Kompete.
• Work with the client to evaluate the various HR and business processes and consult on the optimal solutions to be implemented.
• Recognize business processes that can be improved through technology and or business recommend/build solutions
• Create business requirement documents to ensure technical specifications can be developed
• Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information
• Provide set-up, configuration and maintenance of tables within the system.
• Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Project Managers:

Kompete continues to strengthen its highly capable leadership team to be a leading provider of enterprise level workforce solutions with global organizations.  Our continued growth has resulted in an exciting Project Manager opportunity within our team.

Job profile:

• 7+ years of experience at least two years project management/administration experience, from within a client delivery environment
• Experience of working with ERP or equivalent Software implementation
• Works with clients from inception, through implementation to completion, manage roll outs and testing.
• Work closely with the client and development teams to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Proven experience of delivering projects to external clients
• Strong understanding of project management and new product implementation. Excellent communication skills
